The timber windows of this dormer bungalow in Islip were suffering from rotting frames. Maintaining the outside of the roof dormer’s shaped windows must have been an especially awkward job.

Before …

… and after. New uPVC windows and French doors installed 2018 by Admiral Windows Oxford.
The homeowner asked Admiral Windows Oxford to replace all the bungalow’s windows plus its two sets of French doors. They chose maintenance-free uPVC framed double-glazed doors and windows, all in black. Chrome flag hinges complement the new French doors.
Key to the success of any such project is accurate measuring and surveying. This is especially important when fitting shaped units, such as those fitted to this fabulous first-floor dormer bay. Admiral Windows’ 30 years experience in the fenestration industry really makes a difference here.
